Prices vary depending on location in the 48 contiguous states. Please call us for rates.


We can ship most items to both Alaska and Hawaii. However, this excludes some over-sized furniture items. In those cases, our customer service department will contact you directly and reserves the right to cancel those items in your order. You will not be charged for any item that does not ship.


  • Delivery times are based on shipping time plus order processing time.
  • Regular ground shipping can take anywhere from 1-7 business days depending on how comprehensive delivery services are in your area. Remote areas can expect longer delivery times than major urban centers.
  • Expedited and Next Day RUSH shipping times are based on orders being shipped the business day after they are processed.
  • Saturdays and Sundays are not considered normal delivery days. Saturday Delivery can be arranged for an additional fee.
  • Orders must be received by 2 pm for Next Day RUSH delivery.

Any and all purchases made through this website are subject to the laws of the State of California, as well as the Online Shopping Terms and Conditions outlined below. The online Shopping Terms and Conditions may change at our discretion without prior notice. By making a purchase on this website, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions listed herein.

These Online Shopping Terms and Conditions , the use of this website and any purchase made through the facilities of this website shall be governed by the State of California and the laws of the United States of America applicable therein. Any and all fraudulent activities will be reported to the appropriate state and/or local government agencies.

Items purchased from Couture Kids or www.couturekids.net are to be used only for lawful, non-commercial purposes. Couture Kids cannot be held responsible for intentional or unlawful misuse of products purchased herein. The purchaser agrees to pay for all charges noted herein as payable by the purchaser. Persons under the age of 18 years are not permitted to purchase items on www.couturekids.net, and should seek the assistance of a parent or guardian over the age of 18 years. International customers are responsible for any and all duties and taxes required by their customs department. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping and return costs for items that are denied at the port of entry.

Couture Kids reserves the right to correct errors and inaccuracies and change or update information on this website at any time without notice, including pricing, availability and delivery times. All prices listed on this website are in US Dollars, and all charges will be processed in US Dollars.


Delivery estimates are based on shipping time plus order processing time.

Regular, Unexpedited orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Regular ground shipping via Ups Ground can take anywhere from 1-9 days depending on how comprehensive delivery services are in your area. Remote areas can expect longer delivery times than major urban centers.

2-Day and 3-Day shipping  can be arranged for an additional fee.

If Overnight Delivery is desired, it is recommended that you call 310-855-9272 after placing your order to ensure same-day processing. After Hours, please leave a message. We check messages each morning. Overnight Delivery may not be possible for orders placed after 3pm Pacific Standard Time.



Item(s) purchased will be shipped as soon as they are processed and may arrive in multiple boxes on different days. For your convenience, we offer UPS Ground, 2nd and 3rd day delivery services. The cost of your shipment is dependent upon the delivery option chosen, as well as the weight, dimensions and value of the items purchased. A signature is required for all deliveries. The Delivery Signature cannot be waived, and we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. If a package is found undeliverable due to the actions of the purchaser (negligence in communicating with delivery service, incorrect address, suite number or phone number), the purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs to and from the delivery address. The purchaser is also responsible for all shipping costs to and from Couture Kids for exchanges and/or edited orders.

Expedited delivery services may not be available for larger, bulky items.

Please report any and all shipping damages to Couture Kids within 24 hours. All packaging and packing materials must be retained. Couture Kids cannot be held responsible for shipping damages not reported within 48 hours of receipt. A claim must be filed with the delivery service for any and all shipping damages.




The owner and staff of Couture Kids want you to be happy with your purchases and your shopping experience. If within 14 days of your purchase you are dissatisfied with an item, you may return it for a refund or exchange of the merchandise value. The item must be new or unused, in original and resalable condition, with the original receipt, all original tags, documentation and packaging intact. Some items have a modified return policy noted on the receipt. Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange. If you wish to return an item more than 14 days after your purchase date, you will receive a store credit for your purchase and any applicable taxes up until 30 days from your purchase date. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

We cannot accept returns, exchanges or cancellations on furniture, special or custom ordered items or items damaged through normal wear and tear. Couture Kids will expedite your order(s), however supplier's delivery times are approximate, therefore any delays do not constitute grounds for cancellations.

  • No refunds or exchanges or store credits on strollers, furniture, car seats, bathtubs, feeding utensils and sippy cups if box is opened due to safety, health and hygiene concerns. No exceptions.
  • Seasonal, floor model, discontinued, sale, clearance, final-sale, outlet items and limited-time-only collections are final sales and may not be returned or exchanged.
  • No trial returns or exchanges.
  • In the case of a manufacturer defect, please call or email our customer service department at Hello@couturekidsonrobertson.com with your order number, item description and description of defect. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA #), which must be written on the outside of the return shipping container. Returned packages without any RA # will not be accepted. Store credit can only be offered in the case that an item is found to be a manufacturer defect and no suitable replacement can be obtained.
  •  Couture Kids Gift Cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit.

For returns of items purchased from your Couture Kids registry, we will gladly provide an exchange or store credit for the merchandise within 30 days of your event or within 30 days of purchase, whichever date is later.

All gift returns may be for store credit only; no cash refunds available.

Any refused or undeliverable package(s) returned to us will be refunded the original purchase price less fee of $10 + 10% of the original purchase price.

If a promotional item is returned, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount. For example, if you buy a stroller that includes a free car seat adapter, the total value of the car seat adapter will be deducted from the refund if the car seat adapter is not returned with the stroller. If a bundle is purchased and only part of the bundle is returned, the bundle discount is void, and the total bundle discount will be deducted from the refund. If you receive $100 in savings when you purchase a stroller and car seat together and you return either item, the $100 bundle savings will be deducted from your refund.

Items purchased online may be returned or exchanged in store. Items purchased in our store cannot be returned or exchanged online. Please note that Couture Kids reserves the right to refuse any return if they do not meet our return requirements.

Please call or email our customer service department at Hello@couturekidsonrobertson.com with your order number, item description and reason for the return or exchange. All return packages must be sent via UPS, FedEx or Registered Mail. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item. We cannot be held responsible for items lost by delivery services, and recommend that you insure your package in case it is lost or damaged in transit. Couture Kids cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at our warehouse.

Couture Kids reserves the right to refuse any return if they do not meet our return requirements.



Because of the popularity of certain items, we occasionally find ourselves backordered on things ordered online. In addition, some items are sometimes shipped directly from the manufacturer. Because of this, items ordered together may not necessarily arrive together. This will not affect your shipping charges. You will be notified by phone or email if there are any shipping delays.



Couture Kids.

We are unable to offer returns, exchanges or cancellations on special or custom ordered items. Special orders are items that are tailored to customers' specifications or items offered by our suppliers not normally stocked or carried in our store. Couture Kids attempts to expedite all orders, but occasionally items are out of stock. Suppliers' delivery times are approximate, and therefore a reasonable delay in delivery does not constitute grounds for order cancellation.

On occasion, items advertised on www.couturekids.net are found to be discontinued or otherwise unavailable. In that event, you will be contacted by an employee of Couture Kids either via email or telephone and notified. Couture Kids will assist you in finding a comparable replacement product. If a comparable replacement product cannot be agreed upon, you will be refunded for the requested item and the rest of your order will be shipped accordingly.
